Blue Green Economy International Organisation strives to provide high-quality consulting, research, training, and program services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
Consulting and Professional Services
Payments made for consulting, advisory, project work, or customized services are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Once a project has begun, partial or full refunds will not be issued for:
- Hours already worked
- Deliverables already provided
- Customized research or strategy work
- Meetings or sessions already conducted
Training Programs, Courses, and Workshops
Refunds may be offered under the following conditions:
- Cancellation 7 or more days before the event: 100% refund
- Cancellation 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event: No refund
If materials or digital content have already been downloaded or accessed, the refund may be denied.
Digital Products & Publications
All digital publications, downloads, and reports are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.
Donation Refunds (If Applicable)
Donations are generally non-refundable, but may be refunded in special cases when:
- A duplicate payment was made
- The payment was made in error
- A technical glitch caused unintended billing
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
Refund Processing
Refunds (when approved):
- Will be issued to the original payment method
- May take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
